The new electric Fiat 500 has won two awards in the “Best Cars 2023” competition.
Readers of the industry magazine “auto motor und sport” voted the Nuova 500 first place, both in the overall ranking and in the Mini Car import ranking.
IIn this competition category, 19 current vehicle models from German and international manufacturers were voted on.
"Winning the prestigious AMUS awards twice makes us extremely proud. Germany is the most important market for the electric 500 and these two awards celebrate the remarkable success of our icon. It is a testament to the appreciation that the German public has for the model, voting not only as the best imported city car, but also first place in the overall ranking, where it competed and beat its domestic competitors. Both of these awards clearly demonstrate that FIAT's electrification strategy is taking hold. I want to thank German car enthusiasts for the great trust they have placed in the New 500", he has declared Gaetano Thorel, Head of FIAT & Abarth Enlarged Europe, at the awards ceremony in Stuttgart.

The New 500 has won 39 international awards so far and its success is also confirmed by its commercial results: since its launch in 2020, it has been chosen by almost 120.000 customers around the world. Last year, the New 500 was the third best-selling EV in the 10 largest European markets and the Stellantis Group's best-selling BEV in Europe, placing first in Italy, second in Spain and third in Germany.
The New 500 also becomes pay per use
The New 500 is available in the long-term rental formula pay per use Leasys Miles which offers unlimited top-ups for the entire duration of the rental.
The new proposal confirms Leasys Miles a highly appreciated mobility solution in a green key. In fact, the new plan for the use of Fiat 500 in pay per use is particularly suitable for customers who use the car for a few kilometers in an urban area, making electric mobility even more accessible and worry-free, thanks to the all-inclusive formula.

The formula provides for the payment of a fee fixed monthly payment of 299 euros for the duration of 48 months, with a down payment of 3.900 euros. Among the advantages: ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance and insurance coverage (RCA, theft/fire, damage repair). The first 24 km are included in the fee, while any in excess will be calculated, based on the kilometers actually traveled, at a fixed cost of 1.000 euros per km.
